Bacon-Wrapped Pineapple and Shrimp Kabobs |

What you will need: |
![]() What you will do: Preparation - Cut the bacon slices in half, crosswise. In a skillet, partially cook the bacon, then drain it on paper towels. Wrap a piece of bacon around each shrimp. Thread the bacon-wrapped shrimp on skewers, alternately with pineapplewedges, bell pepper chunks, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms. Arrange the kabobs in a large shallow pan. Whisk the pineapple juice and the sweet & sour sauce together. Use half of the sauce mixture as a marinade. Pour it over the kabobs in the pan. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Remove the kabobs and discard the used marinade. Grill the kabobs over medium hot coals for about 10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and the bacon is fully cooked. Rotate the kabobs and baste with the reserved sauce mixture while grilling. |

Kobe Beef Burger with Aged Cheddar and Homemade Potato Chips with Parmesan Cheese |

What you will need: 3 1/2 lbs. red or white boiling potatoes |
![]() What you need to do: Shape meat into 4 patties. Grill patties over hot coals 3 to 4 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. Top each patty with 2 cheese slices; cover. Continue grilling until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes. Spread 1 tablespoon dressing on each roll. Fill with cooked hamburgers and top with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles as desired. Serve immediately. |

| What you need to do: Cut potatoes crosswise into 1/8" thick slices. Position oven racks in upper and lower third of oven, and preheat to 500 degrees. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets. Arrange potato slices in single layer on sheets. Brush generously with butter. Bake 7 minutes. Switch pan positions and continue baking until potatoes are crisp and browned around the edges, about 7 to 9 minutes. Transfer to heated platter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately. |

Baked Alaska Peanut s'Mores |

What you will need: |
![]() What you need to do: Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl stir together crumbs, butter, and 2 tablespoons sugar and reserve about one-fourth mixture. Press remaining mixture onto bottom of flameproof 8-inch-square baking pan. Bake crust 12 minutes, or until golden, and cool in pan on a rack. In a bowl stir together ice cream and peanuts and spread on crust. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture evenly on top, pressing lightly. Freeze ice-cream mixture, covered with foil, overnight. Preheat broiler. In metal bowl combine egg whites and remaining 1/3 cup sugar and set over a pan of simmering water. Stir mixture just until sugar is dissolved. Remove bowl from heat and with an electric mixer beat meringue until it holds stiff glossy peaks. Spread meringue over ice cream and broil under preheated broiler about 4 inches from heat until golden, about 30 seconds. Freeze dessert, uncovered, 30 minutes to harden meringue and if desired freeze, covered, overnight. |
