![]() What you need to do: Rub filet mignon with olive oil. Season with blackened spices and sear in a high heat skillet to your liking. Beat the egg yolks to a thick paste. Put in a sauté pan on a medium high heat. Add lemon juice, dried tarragon, lobster meat and salt and pepper to taste. Pour on top of steak. |
