20 ounces tomato juice
6 ounces vodka
2 dashes Tabasco
Fresh horseradish
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
Pinch celery salt
Pinch black pepper
1 lemon, juiced
Ice
Celery spears, for garnish
4 medium sized shrimp for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a small pitcher, pour into 2 large glasses filled with ice and garnish with celery spears and shrimp.

The 2000 growing season was close to perfect for sparkling wine production. Yields were moderate and the grapes showed a good balance of flavor and acidity.
Taittinger Non Vintage Brut Champagne
Located in the great regions of wine-growing Champagne, the Taittinger Champagne vines cover 288,84 hectares in 34 different vineyards.
The varietals grown are 47,2% Pinot Noir (136,32 ha), 16,2% Pinot Meunier (46,74 ha) and 36,6% Chardonnay (105,78 ha) - a good reflection of the style of wines produced by the House and in which Chardonnay plays an essential role. Collectively, only 27% of the vineyards of Champagne are planted with Chardonnay.
Whip 1/4 cup heavy cream with 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg and 1tbs sugar, put a tsp. chocolate sauce into the bottom of four demitasse cups add 1/2 tsp. the cinnamon to the coffee, pour into cups and stir the syrup. Now spoon on the whipped cream.
