Dirty Martini

Dirty Martinis

For each person, take 4 oz premium gin or vodka, 1/2 ounce of dry Vermouth (optional, most people don't use it) and 1 teaspoon of olive juice, straight your jar of Napa Valley Olives. Stir it in a pitcher or martini shaker with ice, then strain it into chilled martini glasses and garnish with a Napa Valley Olive. You may prefer to use olives stuffed with blue cheese, garlic or almonds.
